Testing Center

The Testing Center is available for students who need to make up quizzes or tests. Students must show their current ID to use the center, which is equipped with audio equipment for listening. Written activities can also be made up in the center. 

Testing Center Policies

  • Students must present their current School-Issued Photo I.D. to receive an assessment. No other forms of identification will be accepted. 
  • All electronic devices, including cell phones, smartwatches, and any other internet-enabled devices, are strictly prohibited. Students are expected to store personal electronic devices (cell phones, earbuds, smartwatches, etc.) in designated classroom storage units as directed by a supervising staff member. 
  • Calculators are only permitted if explicitly authorized by the teacher for a specific assessment. 
  • Talking, whispering, or any form of communication with other students that causes a disruption to the testing environment is strictly prohibited.
  • Students should also come prepared with any necessary materials needed to take the assessment (Pen, Pencil, Calculator, etc).
  • Once an assessment is issued, students must remain in the testing center for the duration of the teacher-defined assessment timeframe.Students will not be permitted to leave and return for any reason, except in the case of a documented emergency approved by testing center staff.
  • Any student suspected of academic dishonesty will have their test immediately terminated and the incident will be reported to the teacher for disciplinary action.
  • Failure to follow any of the stated policies will result in immediate test termination and a report to the teacher.
